Backyard home = ADU

An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a permitted, separate dwelling structure. Think of it as a second home on your property. As of 1/1/20 California passed legislation to make building ADUs easier than ever.

RENTAL INCOME

Make $500-$1000+/month profit by renting out your Realm ADU. Unlike other real estate investments, you don’t have to buy any land, you already own it.

MORE SPACE

Aging parents, adult children, visitors, or a private office/gym. Your family and needs change, an ADU offers a flexible solution.

Increase Home Value

Realm can increase the value of your home from $100,000 – $300,000+. Use this equation to calculate the value Realm can add to your home.

COMMUNITY IMPACT

Rents have skyrocketed as demand for housing has outpaced supply. People can’t afford to live near the best schools, jobs, and transportation. How do we fix this? Create more housing supply. ADUs let homeowners generate passive income and increase the supply of affordable housing.
